Terms and Conditions
These terms apply to any order placed on daliev.ro. By placing an order you confirm that you have read them and agree to them.
1. WHO WE ARE
The daliev.ro shop is operated by SC LIONESS GRAFIQUE SRL, CUI 39417918, registered with the Trade Register under number J40/7512/2018, with its registered office at Bulevardul Iuliu Maniu, no. 65, Sector 6, Bucharest, Romania. Contact: lionessgrafique@gmail.com. The commercial brand is Daliev (“Roar your style”).
2. WHAT WE SELL
We sell handmade jewellery and clothing, including pieces made through 3D modelling and printing in resin. Each piece is finished by hand, so there may be small differences in shape, colour or surface compared to the photos on the site. These are part of the nature of a handmade product and are not defects.
3. THE ORDER
You can order without an account. The order is considered accepted when you receive a confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to cancel an order if the product is no longer available or if the displayed price contains an obvious error; in this case we notify you and refund in full the money paid.
4. PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices are displayed in lei (RON) and do not include VAT, because the company is not a VAT payer. The shipping cost is displayed separately, before the order is completed. Payment is made through the methods available at checkout: online by card or cash on delivery (cash to the courier, on delivery). Card data is processed directly by the payment processor and is not stored by us.
5. DELIVERY
Delivery times and costs are described in the Delivery Policy.
6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days, under the conditions in the Returns Policy.
7. WARRANTY
Products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity provided by the Romanian legislation in force. If you receive a non-conforming or damaged product, write to us at lionessgrafique@gmail.com with your order number and photos, and we will propose repair, replacement, price reduction or refund, as provided by law.
8. PRODUCT CARE
Resin jewellery can be affected by strong heat, solvents, perfumes, creams and prolonged exposure to sun. Wear caused by improper use is not a conformity defect. Care recommendations are included in the package or on the product page.
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The designs, 3D models, logo, texts and photos on daliev.ro belong to SC LIONESS GRAFIQUE SRL and are protected by copyright law. You may not copy, reproduce or use them commercially without our written consent. By buying a product, you become the owner of the physical object, not of the design.
10. LIABILITY
We are not liable for delays caused by the courier or by force majeure. Our liability cannot exceed the value of the order, except where the law provides otherwise. Nothing in these terms limits your legal rights as a consumer.
11. COMPLAINTS AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
You can file a complaint at lionessgrafique@gmail.com; we reply within 30 days at most. If you are not satisfied with the solution, you can contact ANPC (www.anpc.ro) or an alternative dispute resolution (SAL) body, as well as the competent courts.
12. APPLICABLE LAW
These terms are governed by Romanian law. We reserve the right to modify the terms; the version valid for your order is the one in force at the time it was placed.
