Delivery Policy

We deliver in Romania through Sameday. Orders are prepared by hand, so the delivery time has two stages: preparing the order and shipping.

DELIVERY TIMES

- Preparing pieces available in stock: 1–3 business days.

- Preparing made-to-order or custom pieces: 7–14 business days, communicated before confirmation.

- Courier delivery: 3–5 business days after the parcel is handed over.

COSTS AND TRACKING

The shipping cost is shown at checkout, before payment. Standard shipping: 15 lei. Free shipping for orders over 150 lei. Delivery is made to the address you provide, in Romania.

After you place your order you receive a confirmation email. When the parcel ships, you receive a second email with the tracking number (AWB) if available.

WHEN YOU RECEIVE THE PARCEL

We recommend checking the parcel before you sign for it. If the packaging is damaged, tell the courier and write to us the same day at lionessgrafique@gmail.com, with photos. This way we can quickly sort out any issue with the courier.

If you are not available at the address provided, the courier may reschedule the delivery. If delivery repeatedly fails for reasons on your side, the parcel may be returned to us and we will contact you to resend it, in which case shipping may be paid by you. For delays caused by the courier or unexpected situations, we will let you know by email.
