Returns Policy
You can return a product within 14 calendar days of receiving it, without giving a reason. The right of withdrawal applies to online purchases made by consumers, under Government Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014.
HOW TO WITHDRAW
1. Write to us at lionessgrafique@gmail.com within 14 days at most of receiving the parcel, with your order number and your decision to withdraw. You can use the form below, but it is not mandatory.
2. We confirm by email and tell you which address to send the product to.
3. Send the product within 14 days at most of the date you notified us, in its original packaging, showing no signs of wear.
CONDITIONS FOR THE RETURNED PRODUCT
The product must be unused, in the condition in which you received it, with its original labels and packaging. You have the right to inspect the product as you would in a physical store; if you use it beyond this inspection, we may deduct the diminished value of the product from the refund. For hygiene reasons, jewellery must be returned unworn; if it shows signs of wear, we reserve the right to reduce the refund.
WHO PAYS FOR SHIPPING
The cost of return shipping is covered by you, unless the product was delivered wrongly or defective. We refund the standard delivery cost originally paid, if you withdraw from the entire order.
REFUNDS
We return your money within 14 days at most of the date you informed us of the withdrawal. We may postpone the refund until we receive the product back or until you send us proof of shipment, whichever comes first. The refund is made through the same payment method used for the order, at no extra cost to you. For orders paid by cash on delivery, the refund is made by bank transfer, to the account you indicate.
PRODUCTS EXCLUDED FROM WITHDRAWAL
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- products made to your order or personalised (for example special size, colour chosen by you, engraving or design made to your requirements);
- earrings and other jewellery delivered in sealed packaging, for hygiene reasons, if the seal was broken after delivery;
- other products excluded by law.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCT OR DIFFERENT FROM THE ORDER
If the product arrived damaged, defective or different from the one ordered, write to us as soon as possible, with your order number and photos. In this case you do not pay return shipping, and we offer you a replacement, repair or refund, under the legal guarantee of conformity.
