WHAT DATA WE COLLECT AND WHY
- Name, delivery address, email (and phone, if you provide it): to receive, deliver and confirm the order. Legal basis: performance of the contract.
- Billing address, payment data (processed by the payment processor): for invoicing, collection and accounting records. Legal basis: legal obligation and performance of the contract.
- Email, messages sent to us: to answer questions, complaints, returns. Legal basis: legitimate interest and performance of the contract.
- Email (newsletter subscription): to send news and offers. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
- Browsing data (cookies, IP address): for site operation, statistics, marketing. Legal basis: consent, for non-essential cookies.
We do not collect more sensitive data than necessary and we do not sell your data.
HOW LONG WE KEEP DATA
We keep order and invoice data for the period required by tax and accounting law. We keep newsletter data until you withdraw your consent. We keep support messages as long as necessary to resolve the request and defend possible rights.
WHO WE SHARE DATA WITH
Data is shared only with those who help us operate: the online store platform Wix.com, the payment processor NETOPIA Payments, the courier company Sameday, the accountant and, where applicable, Google Analytics (statistics) and Google Ads (advertising) services. Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, in which case we ensure the transfer takes place on the basis of the safeguards provided by the GDPR (for example, adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses).
YOUR RIGHTS
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability and objection, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise your rights write to us at lionessgrafique@gmail.com; we reply within 30 days at most. If you believe we have infringed your rights, you can file a complaint with the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP), www.dataprotection.ro, or go to court.
SECURITY
We use a secure connection (HTTPS), and card data does not pass through our servers. Only people who need it to process orders have access to customer data.
